These Terms & Conditions apply to all sleep coaching services provided by Nina Garcia, trading as Nina Garcia The Holistic Sleep Coach (“I”, “me”, “my”). By booking or using my services, you agree to these terms.

1. About My Services

I provide holistic, responsive sleep coaching tailored to each child and family. My approach is gentle, evidence-informed, and personalised.

My services are educational and supportive in nature. I am not a medical professional, and my services do not replace medical advice.

2. Your Responsibility

As a parent or caregiver, you remain fully responsible for:

  • How you choose to implement any guidance

  • Ensuring your child’s safety at all times

  • Following recognised safe sleep guidance

  • Sleep outcomes vary for every child, and results cannot be guaranteed

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

My services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your child’s health, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Services must be paid for in advance

  • Payment is required to secure your booking

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel free of charge before your initial consultation

  • After the initial consultation, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund

  • If I need to cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund

6. Confidentiality

Your personal information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (including sleep plans, guides, and resources) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for outcomes resulting from how guidance is implemented. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
